3 Course Valentines Day Dinner

A delicious, simple, and easy to prepare 3 Course Valentines Day Dinner that is perfect for romantic date night in!

While I love going out on dates with my husband, Valentine’s Day is one of the worst nights to go out, in my opinion.

Restaurants are always crazy crowded, there is a ton of pressure on the evening, and you don’t get to just hang out and cozy up to a movie or show afterwards – it’s so much hassle.

But that’s not to say I don’t like to still celebrate this day devoted to love and romance – I just prefer to have a nice, romantic dinner at home.

This year, I have a menu for a Romantic 3 course Valentines Dinner

10 Minute Broiled Lobster Tails
are an easy, delicious, and luxurious dish that lets your sweetheart think you’re spoiling them – you don’t need to tell them how incredibly easy they actually are to prepare!

Just a little mixing spices, prepping the tails, and adding some butter before you pop them in the oven under the broiler for the most delicious Lobster Tails you’ve ever made at home!

Charred Bacon and Broccolini Salad is a fresh, colorful, and delicious side dish that is warm and full of flavor – and a notch fancier than broccoli thanks to its posh cousin, baby broccolini!

Broccolini has a bit of a softer, less bitter flavor than broccoli – and provides a bit more crunch when cooked. It is wonderful when slightly charred – and the addition of smoky bacon just elevates the dish to be perfect for even picky eaters!

The best mushrooms ever are a simple, perfect sauteed mushrooms recipe that taste just like your favorite sauteed mushrooms from a fancy restaurant or steak house.

I always order mushrooms when I am out at nice restaurants, but this recipe is just like what you get out – buttery, meaty, and perfect alongside lobster (or steak, pork, and chicken!).

Finish the evening off with some soft light and candles, chocolate cake, some champagne or sparkling cider, and enjoy your romantic date in!

I just want to thank you. I pinned this post when I saw it, and knew if would be the perfect menu for our Valentine’s dinner this year. I made all three of these dishes, and grilled a steak! It turned out really well, was so beautiful I posted photos on my blog Facebook page, and it was all very easy and quick to prepare. Your website is wonderful. Thanks!
