I know I’ve shared recipes for the best spicy bloody mary, and other drinks that are delicious for brunch- but there is really only one beverage suitable for sipping in the morning in my world- MIMOSAS. I love mimosas. They are the official sipper of girls weekend, no? And this Campari Mimosa is a nice, light and slightly herbal twist to the traditional mimosa. It’s even better with Tangerine juice- which I usually find at Trader Joe’s.
I’m all about mimosas after a long night…. and this recipe is a delicious way to bring a little fun to the morning after. And if your night was especially rough, it is just sweet enough to wake you up- but the herbal addition of Campari helps soothe a squeamish tummy.
I know these look a little silly, but I LOVE the paper bow I added. I found this one at Target, but I am tweaking a design that you’ll be able to print out and make yourself. It should be available for download soon!
I also finally got around to testing out some GoVino champagne flutes I bought a while ago- they are really lightweight and don’t give off a plastic taste like some shatterproof glasses. And they really are crystal clear! I will definitely be stocking up with quite a few GoVino products in the future. I love how light and flexible they are, and the fact that they won’t break and can be recycled.
