Delicious easy Cajun Honey Roasted Potatoes are simple, easy, and so good! Spicy and sweet for a perfect side dish for any meal, only 4 ingredients!
I love spicy and sweet. I’d say the combination – a bit of spice that tingles the back of your throat, and a bit of sugary sweetness – is a bit like me and my attitude.
There is nothing more delicious and interesting than a dish that is perfectly balanced with a little heat and sweetly seductive flavors. And I LOVE pairing honey with cajun flavors!
If you love spicy BBQ or blackened foods with a big side of honey drizzled cornbread, or a spicy chicken and waffle platter, you’ll love the flavors in this delicious side dish.
These potatoes are so easy to make, and incredibly delicious. You can modify them by picking your favorite cajun spices (it sounds odd, but I prefer Paul Prudhomme’s Seafood Blackening Seasoning – it has a perfect balance of herbs and I like the salty zip), or a super hot cajun mix.
Whichever spice mix you prefer is perfect- potatoes flavor is pretty neutral, so find one you truly love!
