How is it already almost Christmas?? I feel like I haven’t even hit Thanksgiving yet. I am SO behind!
Since it has been so unseasonably warm in Colorado, I have been slacking a bit on all of the winter preparations- and I recently wanted to celebrate some (finally!!!) cold weather with a little Cider and Cocoa party.
With a few very quick touches, I had an adorable cocoa and cider buffet… and you can too!
5 mason jars (or this adorable jug and chicken wire basket set I got here)
choffy, cider powder, or shaved cocoa
(cider, warm milk or hot water- not pictured)
I simply warmed cider in my slow cooker (Dump a jug of cider into the cooker with the juice and peel of one orange, 6 cloves, 4 sticks of cinnamon for a cider that is truly delicious and makes your whole house smell divine), and kept some cocoa warmed on the stovetop, placed mugs out on the counter, and let guests add their own touches to make a delicious treat!
How easy is that for holiday entertaining??
