Pretty, gluten-free, full of calcium and vitamins- this orange chips and chevre snack is a perfect stylish bite for afternoon tea or a brunch buffet.
There's something so perfect about chevre in the summer.
The light, crumbly but creamy cheese goes so well with fruit, bread, salads - it's the perfect snack when you want something comforting but not too heavy.
I feel the same way about orange chips (dehydrated orange slices) - they are a little tart, crunchy, bright and colorful - a great way to snack without overdoing it.
One day when I set out a little tea (my kids are obsessed with tea, so even though we're very much American, we like to partake of our favorite British meal daily), I decided to see if my normally picky kids would go for these light, creamy snacks.
To my surprise, they gobbled them right up! Something about the crunchy oranges, the dehydrated berries, the fact it was a chip - they loved it.
This is such a simple, pretty snack, and perfect for brunch, tea, or breakfast- without weighing you down.

This looks mesmerizing.

I have to say that I'm not living the flip that each pic does when you touch it. I find it rather distracting and annoying as someone who gets dizzy easily
