Guys, it’s officially full-force pumpkn time.

I could not be any happier if i tried!

I love pumpkin season – and while so many people hate all the gourdy goodness of the season, I revel in all things pumpkin spice, as #basic as that makes me!

There is nothing more comforting for someone who loves fall than pumpkin – the first pumpkin muffins of fall always make me immediately think of crisp air, falling leaves, and gorgeous color everywhere – even if it still looks more like full-fledged summer here in Colorado.

I love these easy pumpkin dump muffins to get me in the fall mood – they are so simple since you don’t need to mix up wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls – but stay perfectly moist, fluffy, and delicious – without working up a sweat in the still-summer heat!

These muffins will get you excited for fall – and all things pumpkin!

Tips for perfect dump muffins

This easy moist spiced pumpkin bread is one of the most delicious, simple, and effortless recipes – but there are a few tips to make sure it’s perfect, every time!

-If you’re expecting an easy release muffin without muffin liners, you need to use a cooking spray with flour for baking – it works wonders! You could also use a silicone mold, and then you don’t even need to treat it! Just let muffins cool and push the bottom of the pan up to pop each pumpkin muffin out!

-When storing, be sure to keep in a plastic bag or wrapped in plastic wrap or foil, making sure they are free of excess air bubbles and wrapped tightly. This will help them stay nice and moist longer!

-This recipe makes a ton of bread – so feel free to divide the batch and add different flavors to the other half! I love pecans, honey, espresso beans, zucchini, and apple with pumpkin bread!

Easy-release muffin essentials:

While these muffins are super easy, there are a couple things that make them even easier!

If you want perfect muffins without a muffin wrapper, you need great nonstick cake spray, or a silicone mat. Find my picks below!
