Tips for perfect dump muffins
This easy moist spiced pumpkin bread is one of the most delicious, simple, and effortless recipes – but there are a few tips to make sure it’s perfect, every time!
-If you’re expecting an easy release muffin without muffin liners, you need to use a cooking spray with flour for baking – it works wonders! You could also use a silicone mold, and then you don’t even need to treat it! Just let muffins cool and push the bottom of the pan up to pop each pumpkin muffin out!
-When storing, be sure to keep in a plastic bag or wrapped in plastic wrap or foil, making sure they are free of excess air bubbles and wrapped tightly. This will help them stay nice and moist longer!
-This recipe makes a ton of bread – so feel free to divide the batch and add different flavors to the other half! I love pecans, honey, espresso beans, zucchini, and apple with pumpkin bread!
Easy-release muffin essentials:
While these muffins are super easy, there are a couple things that make them even easier!
