These creamy indulgent classsic French creme brulees are cooked effortlessly in your Instant Pot!

Instant Pot Creme  Brulee

You will need: Heavy Cream Sugar Vanilla extract Salt Egg yokes

Separate eggs from their yokes

Add sugar to the yokes and mix well.

Warm the cream, salt, and vanilla in a pan till warm to the touch

Add a small amount of cream to the egg yolks, cream well. Add the remaining cream and mix well.

Strain the mixture to mesh to make it silky.

Pour into 4 standard ramekins until mostly full

Seal the tops with foil then place in steaming rack, stack if necessary. Cook on low for 15 minutes followed by 15 minutes of release.

Cool at least an hour. When ready to serve spread sugar on top

Torch the sugar on top to form a crispy top.
