Key Lime Cheesecake Recipe

This smooth, tropical, tangy cheesecake is the perfect dessert especially for a hot summer day!

You will need: Graham cracker crumbs Sugar Butter Salt Cream cheese Yogurt Cornstarch Vanilla Lime juice and zest Eggs

Combine the graham cracker crumbs, salt, sugar, and melted butter

Mix the cream cheese on low, add yogurt, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, lime juice and zest

Add the eggs one at a time and cream

Bake crust for 10 minutes, let cool then fill with key lime filling

Bake in a pan of water for 70 minutes. Turn off oven and let it cool in oven.

Refrigerate the cheesecake overnight and add some more lime zest.

Add fresh whipped cream and garnish with fresh lime wedges!
