You'll need:

Air fryer

Potatoes

Salt and pepper

Olive oil

Cut up your potatoes to desired fry width (I like mine pretty thin)

Soak in water for at least one hour. Drain and drizzle with olive oil.

Salt, pepper, and toss to distribute the seasoning.
