You will need: Filet mignon steaks Sea salt Black pepper Favorite Steak Rub

Let steak come to room temperature then season with salt and pepper

Roast the beef on a wire rack on a baking sheet till the desired internal temperature

Let meat rest 10 minutes then sear 1-2 minutes on each side.

Let rest another minute or so then enjoy!
