Roasted Corned Beef Recipe

Roasted corned beef is a succulent, slow-cooked delight that features a beautifully caramelized exterior and tender, flavorful meat, often seasoned with a blend of aromatic spices that enhance its rich and savory taste.

Roasted Corned Beef

You will need: Corned Beef Brisket Dijon Mustard Whole grain mustard Honey Onion Garlic Bay leaves Beef broth

Rinse brisket and pat dry. Mix mustards and glaze  brisket with it

Add onions, garlic, and bay leaf around the roasting pan. Add broth

Cover and bake 3-4 hours till tender. Let rest 15 minutes then serve.
