You will need: Oil Onion, Celery, Garlic White wine Salt and Pepper Sausage Pecans Fresh herbs Honey  Stale Cornbread Cranberries Chicken Stock

Sauté onion, garlic, and celery in hot oil

Brown the sausage then add it to the vegetables, add herbs  honey, and pecans

Combine with the cornbread and the cranberries

Add stock till wet and spread in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
