You will need: Pie crust Pumpkin puree Sugar Light Brown sugar Molasses SAlt Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Cloves Whole milk Heavy cream Eggs Bourbon Vanilla extract

Pre-bake the crust

Add the pumpkin, sugars, molasses, salt, and spices to a blender and mix till smooth

Cook the mixture on medium heat until aromatic and smooth, about 10 minutes

Remove from heat, add milk, cream, then the eggs, bourbon, and vanilla once mixture is cooled

Pour mixture into baked crust, bake at 425F for about an hour or till it has just a slight jiggle in the center

Let cool completely before topping with cream and enjoying!
