- 3 lbs chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ⅛ tsp fresh ground black pepper
- ⅓ cup Frank's Red Hot sauce or other hot sauce
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter melted
- Ranch Dressing for Serving
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with foil and put a metal wire rack on top.
Rinse drumsticks and pat them dry.
In a bowl toss the drumsticks in the olive oil. Add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Place chicken on the wire rack, bake until crispy and cook through, about 50 - 55 minutes. Remove the chicken legs from the oven and set the oven to broil.
Mix the hot sauce and melted butter. Toss the cooked drumsticks in the sauce. Place back on the wire rack and bake about 2 minutes until crispy and golden.
Serve with ranch and sliced vegetables. Enjoy!
