Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • cup Frank's Red Hot sauce or other hot sauce
  • cup unsalted butter melted
  • Ranch Dressing for Serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and put a metal wire rack on top.
  • Rinse drumsticks and pat them dry.
  • In a bowl toss the drumsticks in the olive oil. Add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Place chicken on the wire rack, bake until crispy and cook through, about 50 - 55 minutes. Remove the chicken legs from the oven and set the oven to broil.
  • Mix the hot sauce and melted butter. Toss the cooked drumsticks in the sauce. Place back on the wire rack and bake about 2 minutes until crispy and golden.
  • Serve with ranch and sliced vegetables. Enjoy!
