Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber diced into 1" chunks
  • 1 large bell pepper diced into 1" chunks
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbles
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp diced oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients, drizzle olive oil and lemon juice on top and garnish with salt and pepper.
