Olaf Blue White Chocolate Cocoa

This delicious and creamy white chocolate hot cocoa has a blue twist to celebrate Olaf- complete with adorable Olaf candies!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk or you can substitute heavy cream or half and half, or do a mixture
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 8 oz. white chocolate chopped into small pieces (or white chocolate chips)
  • Blue food coloring
  • whipped cream or marshmallows for topping
  • Wilton Frozen Cocoa Trimming Kit
  • Whipped Cream
  • Blue sugar sprinkles

Instructions

  • Stir together milk, vanilla and chopped white chocolate in a medium saucepan.
  • Add in a few drops of food coloring, stir to make an even color.
  • Over medium-low heat, melt chocolate until the white hot chocolate comes to a simmer. Don't let it boil!
  • Make sure the cocoa doesn't boil over.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately
  • Top with whipped cream, and add sprinkles.
  • Add a blue candy straw, a paper straw for sipping, and an Olaf cocoa topper and enjoy!
