Olaf Blue White Chocolate Cocoa
This delicious and creamy white chocolate hot cocoa has a blue twist to celebrate Olaf- complete with adorable Olaf candies!

- 4 cups milk or you can substitute heavy cream or half and half, or do a mixture
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 oz. white chocolate chopped into small pieces (or white chocolate chips)
- Blue food coloring
- whipped cream or marshmallows for topping
- Wilton Frozen Cocoa Trimming Kit
- Whipped Cream
- Blue sugar sprinkles
Stir together milk, vanilla and chopped white chocolate in a medium saucepan.
Add in a few drops of food coloring, stir to make an even color.
Over medium-low heat, melt chocolate until the white hot chocolate comes to a simmer. Don't let it boil!
Make sure the cocoa doesn't boil over.
Remove from heat and serve immediately
Top with whipped cream, and add sprinkles.
Add a blue candy straw, a paper straw for sipping, and an Olaf cocoa topper and enjoy!
