Avocado Toasts

Rich and creamy, these avocado toasts 4 ways are a delicious addition to any brunch party!

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette sliced into 1/4" slices
  • 2 avocados smashed
  • fresh salsa or pico de gallo
  • onion and tomato mix 1/4 onion and 2 tomatoes, sliced and tossed with white vinegar
  • pomegranate perils
  • 4 slices of bacon halved

Instructions

  • Bake baguette slices at 250 for 15-30 minutes until crunchy.
  • Cream avocados in a bowl.
  • Spread avocado on bread.
  • Top some toasts with salsa, some with pomegranate perils, some with bacon slices, and some with a mixture of onions and tomatoes-- or set out toppings and encourage guests to come up with their own mixture!
