- 8 jalapenos seeds and white membrane discarded
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp celtic sea salt
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Cut a long slit in jalapenos, remove seeds and white membrane. In large bowl, combine salt, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and garlic powder. Stuff cheese mixture into jalapenos. Wrap jalapenos in bacon. Place on cooling rack on top of baking sheet. Bake 25-35 minutes, until bacon is crisp around peppers and cheese is hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.
