Ingredients

  • 1 package Puff pastry cup shells
  • 1 ½ cup goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • ½ cup strawberries and blueberries
  • ¼ cup candied walnuts
  • ½ cup candied figs

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, cream together goat cheese and rosemary.
  • Spoon into puff pastry cups.
  • Add berries to 1/2 the pastries.
  • Add candied walnuts and figs to other 1/2 of pastries.
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
