Ingredients

  • 8 slices artisan bread
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 6 avocados
  • ¼ cup mozzarella balls halved
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup arugula
  • 2 tbsp basil sliced
  • ½ tsp sea salt divided
  • ¼ tsp fresh cracked black pepper divided
  • 1 tsp balsamic reduction glaze
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 4 pieces bacon, cooked
  • 4 eggs fried
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ½ tsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Bake bread slices at 250 degrees F for 15-30 minutes until crunchy. Lightly butter each piece of bread.
  • Cream 5 of the avocados in a bowl. Add the salt and pepper, stir to combine.
  • Spread avocado creamed on 6 sliced of bread.
  • On two avocado spread pieces of bread place the mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and balsamic reduction glaze, season with another pinch of salt and pepper. Enjoy those.
  • Combine the arugula and fresh lemon juice, add a pinch of sea salt and pepper.
  • Top 2 avocado spread toasts with the arugula and lemon, those are done!
  • Top the last 2 avocado spread toasts with bacon and fried eggs, top with a pinch of salt and pepper, enjoy!
  • For the last two toasts spread the cream cheese, slice the remaining avocado and place on the cream cheese, top with everything bagel seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
