Ingredients

  • 1 box White Cake Mix plus box ingredients
  • 15 oz Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice
  • 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup softened Butter
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 6 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

Cupcakes:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, the ingredients needed for your box mix (see back or side of box), pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Beat until blended.
  • Line muffin pan with paper liners.
  • Fill each liner 2/3 full of batter.
  • Bake 18-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool.

Frosting:

  • Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until well blended.
  • Slowly beat in powdered sugar.
  • Transfer frosting to piping bag and frost each cupcake.
