- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 3 tbsp buttter
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
In a small bowl, mix cajun seasoning and funnel all but two tablespoons into a jar for use later.
Add shrimp to plastic bag or bowl and toss in 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning.
Toss evenly to coat.
Melt butter in pan until light and foamy.
Add shrimp to pan and cook on medium high until opaque - bright pink and white.
Do not over cook shrimp, cook until just no longer grey.
Serve and enjoy!
