Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 3 tbsp buttter
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix cajun seasoning and funnel all but two tablespoons into a jar for use later.
  • Add shrimp to plastic bag or bowl and toss in 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning.
  • Toss evenly to coat.
  • Melt butter in pan until light and foamy.
  • Add shrimp to pan and cook on medium high until opaque - bright pink and white.
  • Do not over cook shrimp, cook until just no longer grey.
  • Serve and enjoy!
