- 1 cucumber seedless shredded
- 1,5 cup yogurt Greek
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp dill finally chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tbsp vinegar red wine
- salt to taste
Finely shred cucumber (I use a box grater).
If cucumber is very watery, you can strain it in a strainer.
In a large bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped dill, yogurt, olive oil, vinegar and salt.
Let the flavors marinate for at least half hour.
Serve tzatziki with meats, veggies or as a dip with pita bread.
