Ingredients

  • 2 cups London Dry gin
  • 1 cup Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a large jar with a tight fitting lid.
  • Shake well to combine.
  • Freeze at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  • To serve, scrape with a spoon and ladle into glasses.
  • Serve with spoons or small straws.
