Taste, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray, and place drumsticks in the dish.
Pour half the sauce over drumsticks.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Turn drumsticks over, pour other half of the sauce over top, Bake for another 20 minutes, turn, spoon sauce and juices over the top.
Bake for 10 - 15 additional minutes until sauce reduces and the drumsticks cooked through, golden, and saucy.
Remove from the oven, and serve.
Notes
Unless preparing as a keto dish, cornstarch should not be skipped, as the chicken will release juices, and the sauce will be too thin. If preparing keto, a guar gum slurry can be used.
