Ingredients

  • 1 dragonfruit cut in half, scooped out, and diced
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced into rounds
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup strawberries

Instructions

  • Carefully scoop dragon fruit flesh out of dragon fruit using a spoon, leaving the peel in tact to use as a serving bowl.
  • Dice dragon fruit, kiwis, and strawberries.
  • Mix and place back into pitaya peel as a bowl.
