baby bok choy

olive oil

soy sauce

tablespoon
toasted sesame oil

teaspoon
ground ginger

teaspoon
sesame seeds
optional, to garnish
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high, about 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Halve and rinse baby bok choy.
Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
Pat bok choy dry of water; then toss with the dressing in a large bowl.
Use tongs to add bok choy from bowl onto grill - do not discard extra sauce that is left over from tossing bok choy.
Grill, turning, until charred and tender, about 4 minutes.
Drizzle with any remaining dressing and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
