- Whole pineapple to use as a bowl
- 1 cup fresh pineapple diced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 jalapeno seeded and diced
- ½ red onion diced
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- Tortilla chips of your choice
To make the bowl, cut about ? of the pineapple off. Leaving the stem intact on the larger section of the pineapple. Cut out the middle creating a bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients except the lime juice. Drizzle lime juice over the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Place the salsa in the pineapple bowl.
Chill and serve with tortilla chips!
