Ingredients

  • Whole pineapple to use as a bowl
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple diced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and diced
  • ½ red onion diced
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • Tortilla chips of your choice

Instructions

  • To make the bowl, cut about ? of the pineapple off. Leaving the stem intact on the larger section of the pineapple. Cut out the middle creating a bowl. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add all the ingredients except the lime juice. Drizzle lime juice over the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  • Place the salsa in the pineapple bowl.
  • Chill and serve with tortilla chips!
