- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp grated shaved, or shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp panko bread crumbs
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated
Spread green beans on a large parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 stirring halfway through. Let cool and enjoy!
