Ingredients

  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies about 12 cookies
  • 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped topping of your choice

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, ensure that the cream cheese is at room temperature to make it easier to blend.
  • Using an electric mixer, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until well combined and smooth. This will create the creamy base for your dip.
  • Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies into the cream cheese mixture. You can use a food processor to finely crush the cookies or place them in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
  • Carefully fold in the Cool Whip (or your preferred whipped topping) until the mixture is fully incorporated. This will give your dip a light and fluffy texture.
  • For a firmer texture, refrigerate the dip for about 30 minutes to an hour before serving. However, you can also enjoy it immediately if you prefer a softer consistency.
