- ¼ cup caramel sauce divided
- ½ tsp mixed spice
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- 6 ice cubes
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup vodka
- 1 tbsp Baileys Irish cream liqueur
- Whipped cream to serve
- Extra caramel sauce to serve
- Small gingerbread men whole and crushed, to serve
Rim a martini glass with caramel sauce and dip in gingerbread man crumbs to garnish.
In a cocktail shaker combine the mixed spice, ginger, ice, heavy cream, vodka, Baileys Irish cream liqueur, and 2 tbsp of the caramel sauce.
Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Strain the cocktail into the martini glass.
Top with whipped cream, more caramel sauce, and the remaining gingerbread cookies if desired, enjoy!
