Whether you're feeling a cold come on or preparing for the flu season with your family, nothing helps like my quick and easy simple immunity bombs. You can store them in the freezer and just add hot water as needed!

Immunity Tea Bombs

You will need: Ginger Lemons Garlic Turmeric Honey

Combine all ingredients in blender till smooth

It should be thick but relatively smooth

Fill silicone molds with immunity bomb mix and freeze

When you need some immunity tea add to a glass and simply add hot water and stir!

Boost your immunity and enjoy a delicious cup of tea!
