Let me introduce you to my new (free!) email series called Fridge to Fork in 30 minutes or less.

You may have heard me mention it on Instagram or in a giveaway – or even saw a pop-up notification about it when visiting my site.

Let’s talk about what this email series is, and why I think it’s a great way to explore some of my favorite easy recipes on Sweet C’s.

What’s the Email Series About?

I’ve always been passionate about sharing love through food – but I never have the time to come up with fresh, delicious recipes that my family enjoys (especially as my husband eats low carb, and my kids are insanely picky.)

This series includes some of my most popular easy family recipes – easy skillets, soups, and basics you can adapt any way you like!

You’ll receive 1 email per day for 5 days – giving you five recipes that you’re going to want to make over and over again.

I picked recipes that are easily adaptable – so you can make simple swaps based on what you have on hand, or try different flavors off the base recipe!

Many of the recipes in this guide are naturally low-carb and under 400 calories per serving – with a flavor everyone in your house will love.

After that, I’ll send you 1 email per week with additional popular recipes as readers rate them, and when I find hot new tips I just HAVE to share with you!
