Slice Bell Peppers and set them out on a lined baking sheet, season and bake to soften

Crack an egg into each bell pepper "boat"

Sprinkle on the spices and top with some of your favorite shredded cheese!

Bake Again!

Baked these for 15 minutes more till egg is set!
