You will need: All-purpose Flour Sea salt Sugar Unsalted Butter Ice water

Combine the flour, salt, and sugar in a food processor. Add the butter and process till course breadcrumbs, add ice water

Push into two discs on your countertop

Wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least an hour before rolling it out

Perfect every time!

When ready to use, roll out, trim excess and pinch edges. Refrigerate after unrolling about 1 hour

Blind bake with crinkled parchment paper and ceramic beads or rice/beans to weigh it down
