These French fries are Golden-brown, perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy inside, embodying the quintessence of fried potato perfection.

You will need: Russet Potatoes Vegetable oil Salt

Soak the cut fries in cold water for 30 minutes then pat dry

Fry the potato sticks for 5 minutes at 300 degrees. Remove and drain.

Heat oil to 375 then fry them again for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt.

Perfect every time!
