These pan seared ribeye steaks cooked to perfect medium rare with a crunchy crust right from the stovetop!

Pan Fried Ribeye Steaks

– large ribeye steaks – butter, softened – celtic sea salt – aleppo or cayenne pepper – compound butter

Let steaks rest to room temperature, pat dry, rub with butter, and season well.

Heat cast iron pan on stove with fan on until scorching hot.

Lay steaks on pan, about 3 1/2 minutes on each side until 135 degrees to medium rare.

Flavorful, fabulous, perfect medium rare.
