You will need: Olive oil Beef chuck Onion, Garlic Cumin Chili powder Paprika Oregano Salt and Pepper Beef broth Tomato Paste Lime Warm Tortillas Toppings

Season chuck with salt, pepper, and the spices.

Add beef, onion, and garlic to slow cooker.

Combine the beef broth, tomato paste, and lime and add to slow cooker.

Cook high for 4-5 hours or 8 hours on low. Shred the beef.

Top with jalapenos, cilantro, lime, and cojita cheese - enjoy!
