Butter or olive oil

Foil (optional)

To foil or not to foil?

Use foil if you don't have a non-stuck grilling surface or if you are grilling other things at the same time.

Skip the foil if you have a non-stick grilling surface.

Oil or butter, rub it in and season with salt and pepper. 

Grill, flipping at least every 10 minutes, until kernels get soft and start to wrinkle a little. 

You know they're ready when some get a nice browning on the edges.
