Peanut Butter, Reeses & S’more Loaded Brownies

Ingredients

  • Room Temperature butter to grease the pan
  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 cup cocoa sifted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup flour
  • 4 reeses peanut butter cups chopped
  • 4 jumbo marshmallows chopped to small pieces
  • ½ cup peanut butter microwaved for 10 seconds until soft and spreadable
  • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  • Generously grease 8" square pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine sugar and butter and mix until soft.
  • Add vanilla and eggs, and mix thoroughly.
  • Fold in flour, mix well but do not overmix.
  • Pour enough brownie mix into bottom of pan just to cover the whole bottom.
  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs, mallow pieces, and chopped peanut butter cups over brownie mix.
  • Completely cover with additional brownie mix.
  • Spoon peanut butter over brownies and swirl across the top.
  • Bake until toothpick comes out completely clean, about 35 minutes.
