Cupcakes:
- 1 box White Cake Mix plus box ingredients
- 15 oz Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice
Frosting:
- 8 oz Cool Whip softened
- ½ cup cream cheese softened
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 6 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 oz chocolate caramel syrup
Cupcakes:
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, cake mix ingredient, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.
Beat until blended.
Grease cake pan well.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Allow to cool.
Frosting:
Beat cream cheese, cool whip, and vanilla until well blended.
Slowly beat in powdered sugar.
Transfer frosting to piping bag and frost cake.
Drizzle caramel chocolate sauce on top of frosting.
Top with sprinkles.
