Ingredients

  • 12 oysters on the half shell
  • 6 tbsp tomato diced
  • 3-6 tsp horseradish
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill diced

Instructions

  • Top each oyster with a tablespoon of fresh diced tomato and ½ to 1 teaspoon of horseradish.
  • Garnish with some fresh dill and serve cold.
  • Enjoy immediately- raw oysters need to be consumed right away.
