- 6 potatoes medium large , diced into 1-2" cubes
- ½ cup cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 cups Doritos Cooler Ranch Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, boil potatoes until soft, about 15 minutes.
Drain water.
Mash potatoes and add cream, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Grease a 9x9 casserole pan.
Add 1/2 potatoes, top with 1/2 the shredded cheese.
Add rest of potatoes and top with the rest of the cheese.
Crush chips into small crumbs and top casserole.
Cover in foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove foil and cook for additional 10 minutes.
Serve warm.
