Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes medium large , diced into 1-2" cubes
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups Doritos Cooler Ranch Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, boil potatoes until soft, about 15 minutes.
  • Drain water.
  • Mash potatoes and add cream, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Grease a 9x9 casserole pan.
  • Add 1/2 potatoes, top with 1/2 the shredded cheese.
  • Add rest of potatoes and top with the rest of the cheese.
  • Crush chips into small crumbs and top casserole.
  • Cover in foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove foil and cook for additional 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
