- 4 tbsp butter
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 12 oz baby spinach
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese cubed
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
In batches, add spinach. Saute for 2 to 4 minutes, until wilted, tossing to evenly wilt spinach. You can also use method listed above to wilt spinach in batches, or wilt spinach by boiling before adding to pan.
Add heavy cream, cream cheese, sea salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning, stir well to mix.
Stir constantly until the cream cheese melts and the sauce begins to thicken.
Let thicken until perfect for your tastes, and serve.
