Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsps piping hot water
  • 2 Tbsps Instant Coffee
  • 5 Tbsps Confectioners Swerve
  • Almond Milk
  • Hand mixer
  • Spoon

Instructions

  • In a small bowl combine the instant coffee, confectioners swerve, and boiling water.
  • Using an electric mixer, mix on medium speed until the mixture doubles in volume and forms a soft peak.
  • Next, add either hot or cold milk to a glass or mug.
  • I personally like hot milk - but some people really love the unique flavor you get from cold milk and hot coffee foam on top.
  • Top milk with the frothy coffee mixture.
  • Serve immediately.
