I want each reader to walk away with a solid knowledge of each recipe, with all of the tips I’ve gathered from extensive testing of each recipe. I also answer questions my friends and family have asked about my recipes, to help everyone better understand the processes we use – and why!
If you love fluffy, rich whipped coffee drinks, you’re going to LOVE this viral sensation – and our keto, low-carb version that is perfect with swerve instead of sugar!
This delicious whipped instant coffee and cream recipe is great to start your day, or served as dessert with decaf instant coffee.
The texture is rich, thick, and delicious – it feels really indulgent, with just four ingredients.
What is Dalgona Coffee
Dalgona coffee is a smooth coffee drink made with milk, (we’re using almond milk here to keep it keto), which is whipped and topped with whipped instant coffee and milk.
It is a two layer drink that is loaded with flavor, and filling enough to start your day.
It’s incredibly easy – just takes a bunch of whipping – but the combination of hot water, instant coffee, milk, and sugar (or in this case, confectioners swerve) is heavenly and comes together in a snap!
Keto Dalgona Coffee
While Dalgona coffee on it’s own isn’t keto – they use sugar and milk – it is really easy to swap swerve and almond milk for a keto version of this coffee drink.
If you want to make the original drink, replace the swerve with sugar, and use dairy milk.
