- 2 oz Caramel vodka smirnoff or Apple Rum
- 1 oz apple cider simple syrup
- 3 oz sparkling water
- 4-5 mint leaves
- Apple Cider Simple Syrup
- 2 slices apple
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 oz apple cider
Prepare simple syrup.
Add all of the ingredients listed under apple cider simple syrup to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add mint leaves to the bottom of a glass.
Pour 1 oz of simple syrup and muddle for 5-10 seconds to release flavor.
Add ice to the glass
Add vodka and sparkling water and stir to mix.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and mint leaves.
