drained well and chopped to small bits
Garlic butter topping:

tbsp
minced garlic

butter

tbsp
minced chives
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix cheese, almond flour, eggs, herbs, artichoke hearts, and spices until a large ball forms and mixture is combined thoroughly.
Make 6 rolls from dough and place on parchment paper. Rolls don't expand too much, but give them a bit of room to expand.
In a small saucepan, melt butter and cook garlic and minced chives until fragrant - about 40 seconds.
Bake rolls at 350 for 10 minutes.
At 15 minutes, brush garlic butter on top of rolls.
Bake additional 10 minutes, until rolls are golden brown outside.
Top with a quick brush of additional melted garlic butter and serve!
