Ingredients

  • For the bowl
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • For the toppings optional
  • Mixed fresh berries
  • Granola
  • Hemp hearts

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients for the bowl in your blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth - this should be very thick.
  • Add more liquid if it is too thick and not blending properly.
  • Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
