- For the bowl
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- For the toppings optional
- Mixed fresh berries
- Granola
- Hemp hearts
Place all ingredients for the bowl in your blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth - this should be very thick.
Add more liquid if it is too thick and not blending properly.
Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
