Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized bunch of kale washed and dried thoroughly
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300ºF.
  • Wash and dry the bunch of kale, make sure to dry the kale thoroughly or the chips will be soggy.
  • Rip the leaves off the stems forming chip-sized pieces.
  • Arrange kale on an unlined baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the kale. Using your hands, start massaging the oil into the kale so that it is evenly coated.
  • Once the kale is well massaged, start sprinkling the sea salt and garlic powder on the kale.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Rotate the pan, and flip any pieces that are looking crispy, and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Check on them to make sure they do not brown the last 8ish minutes.
  • Take the pan out and let the chips cool on the pan for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
