- 1 medium-sized bunch of kale washed and dried thoroughly
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 300ºF.
Wash and dry the bunch of kale, make sure to dry the kale thoroughly or the chips will be soggy.
Rip the leaves off the stems forming chip-sized pieces.
Arrange kale on an unlined baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the kale. Using your hands, start massaging the oil into the kale so that it is evenly coated.
Once the kale is well massaged, start sprinkling the sea salt and garlic powder on the kale.
Bake for 10 minutes. Rotate the pan, and flip any pieces that are looking crispy, and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Check on them to make sure they do not brown the last 8ish minutes.
Take the pan out and let the chips cool on the pan for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
